Why Thrive Legacy Solutions existsI'm Nia McCrary — an autism parent, someone who's lost both parents to cancer, and someone who's supported a loved one through Congestive Heart Failure. I know what it's like to need support from a care team and not get it — and I know what it's like when the only place to put a hard moment is into the very session meant to help.That's the gap I built Thrive Legacy Solutions to close. With 600+ hours of Fortune 500-level customer support training and five years managing support and retention across multiple businesses, I bring the operational skill — but the reason I do this work is personal.
